Quarterly Writing Challenge

Each quarter students have the opportunity to submit their writing for a writing challenge. The winning students will have their writing piece placed in the front office and/or other area of prominence in the school, recognized on the Cougar Network News, receive a certificate of Excellence, and published on our 5th grade website! All entries will be judged based on the Holistic Writing Rubric recently adopted by the Arizona Department of Education. Holistic Writing Rubric Department of Education website: www.ade.az.gov
